Repeat prescriptions and e-scripts
Already on a medication and need a repeat? Our clinicians can issue most repeat prescriptions via telehealth. Your script is sent electronically — as a barcode or QR code straight to your phone — and can be dispensed at any pharmacy in Australia. No paper. No fuss. Some controlled substances require an in-person assessment before prescribing and cannot be issued via telehealth. Your clinician will advise.
Medical certificates
Need a medical certificate? A brief telehealth consultation with our clinicians is all it takes. Telehealth medical certificates from AHPRA-registered clinicians are valid and accepted by employers across Australia — exactly the same as one issued in person.
Urgent care — when it’s not an emergency
For many urgent but non-emergency concerns — infections, rashes, acute pain, medication reactions, UTIs — telehealth is an excellent first step. Our clinicians can assess your symptoms, prescribe treatment where appropriate, and arrange any investigations or referrals needed. Same-day appointments are often available.
Pathology and blood tests
Our clinicians can issue referrals for blood tests, urine tests, STI screens, cholesterol checks, thyroid function, HbA1c, hormone panels, and more. All arranged electronically, results reviewed at a follow-up appointment.
Imaging requests
After your telehealth consultation, our Nurse Practitioners can request imaging such as X-rays and ultrasounds where it is clinically appropriate. Some scans, including CT, MRI and DEXA, may need a referral from a GP or specialist, and some imaging may not attract a Medicare rebate when requested by a Nurse Practitioner. Your clinician will talk through your options and any likely out-of-pocket costs.
