Weekly Programs
The best way to stay committed to your exercise goals. Get a new program each week; and check in with your PT.
Fees: $60/week

Virtual 1:1
Kick-start, or boost your exercise routine with virtual 1:1 workouts. A great addition to weekly programs, and keep you motivated.
Fees: $85-110 / session
